Oh if only I was born in China, instead of the technological wasteland called America. Life could have been so much better, if only I was Chinese. *sigh*
We need to have a Chinese ID to play this beta?
So I guess the rumors I heard about NA getting in the game January 5th is not true?

Look at it this way, when we get into the beta, it will be with a version that will (theoretically) have less crashes and bugs so we can spend more time playing and less time reporting lol
Well I guess we will just have to learn to live with being in line behind China.
They get the better economy, better educaional system, better healthcare, better government, better everything I guess. Remember when America use to be more than the worlds largest trailer park?

I either signed up for beta or transferred ownership of my house - been a long time since college
some screen shots with what to klick and what to write in the fields would be cool.
While it kind of sucks that we(USA) have no beta in sight, we'll just have to learn to accept the fact that we won't be getting things first anymore.
I think most of us, including myself, are too accustomed to getting everything first.
This won't be a problem. I got used to being behind Japan for FFXI. Lots of the updates and server resets were at overseas (asian) times so you'd be up early (or late) for some resets. You get used to it. It's no biggie. But you'll see plenty of people cry about "how come we can't get a US/CAN/whatever server reset? It's not fair." Saw that a lot there after a bit lol.
Exactly what I mean. Although Leonidus is mild in his expression here, I know there will be plenty of QQing by some. And they won't be too polite about it either. But honestly, its something US gamemakers/player have told overseas for years when we USED to make the most MMOs hehe. Very good attitude here Leon, good suggestion for a lot of people used to having it "their way" at BK.

This might be a good thing, because there are still a few things in the game that they need to work on.
By the time we get it these things should be corrected and westernized.

Strange, i already registered but can't seem to find a way to activate Aion game account.
Or it haven't open to public for registering?
Have fun in China, you can tell that stuff to the population of 90% starving and economically depressed. While the U.S. of A. has an assortment of issues, I'd take America over China anyday.
As for the OP: What does this mean for those of us either in either the EU or NA? Should we be expecting some sort of beta a couple of weeks after...? Or a couple of months...?

No, you can't without jumping through some hoops and collecting "gems", etc.. Some complicated system of winning a spot in their beta, which isn't really an "Open" beta at all. More like a closed beta, really.
Also, NA/EU won't get a beta, they'll get Preview Events like GuildWars had in 2005 before it launched, if any of you kids can remember that.

I'm so accustomed to getting everything last...though that is video games in general.
At least NCWest handle both EU/NA....so at least we both get the release after china.
Its not too bad being 3rd in-line for the game. By the time we get it it's gonna have updates and patches that are up to date with korea for balance issues and so on.
I hear Central America and South America will get it late 2009 or 2010.

every1 knows english..give game in english..not in eng/fra/ger/bra/china and what not.jesus
