I think you'll be pretty hard pressed to find a game like Call of Duty with an MMORPG.
If you're not using feint, you're not doing enough damage.

you can wait till darkfall comes out. it acts like a fps but in a mmo world.
Huxley maybe (if it ever comes out), I would say Tabula Rasa but it's shutting down, umm that might be it.
