Ok this is my question and also put it as a poll just incase nobody is sure.
Will acclaim make this game into its own servers so on release everyone will be the same level (level 1) and same experiance ect.... OR... will it just merge into the ones that are out for germany and france ect....
My opinion is that i know id have more fun if everyone in the server on day 1 would be all just starting... if we joined the France/Germany ect... servers then they would be ahead of us...

The Acclaim servers are COMPLETELY different from those currently being used in the up-and-running version in Europe. Acclaim is the Publisher for North America, UK, and a variety of other countries. They don't have the same servers, and aren't connected in any way to the servers from the European developers.
On the EXTREME downside of things, the European servers have been up and Acclaim still hasn't even started their "beta" testing of their servers. They haven't even said a word to the community about it since the beginning of the month. It's been 2 weeks with no change and no word from them, and it's an insult to the NA/UK community that they don't care about their customers.
It's a mess, and the developers never should have split and staggered their release.
Very good i agree with you 100% on the fact that Acclaim doesnt care about there customers and havent even tried too make an effort for there fans for this game... it looks like a great game but im not sure id pay too play it since Acclaim hasnt tried too make there fanbase happy. I guess we'll have too wait and see what they say.
If I could play on the EU servers legit, I'd be doing so already. As I can't, and am forced to deal with the utter stupidity of the split release/acclaim/etc I'm getting tired of it, and about to give up on this game. It''s a great game, don't get me wrong, it's just that every single f'in thing associated with it out of game is horrible.
As previously posted, Acclaim has made no effort at all to keep the players informed of the delay. We would understand if they gave us a reason... ANY reason.
Hopefully, with that latest patch being a larger one, we might see SiL get the code over to Acclaim. Will Acclaim manage the game properly? We're crossing our fingers!

/agreed! I have decided to keep a loose eye on this game...but the stupid split release and acclaim running the show has really thrown off my hopes for playing anytime soon. We are prolly lookin at a march release as I am pretty sure a January release is outta the picture.
Coulda been a decent game...but I think they really hurt themselves outta the start, n it may take long to recover from a poor NA launch.
