Seeing there is DDR2...PCIe..SATA2? And new tech.(My £1000 ( or $1800 ) budget is used , so i really can't afford the newest stuff)
I will be using it for CS, CS:S, HL2, Everquest 2 mainly.
Last question ...
Also how long will my old computer last? ( 1 Year Old )

I have a system just like that, just upgraded. I was assuming when I bought the parts that it would last about 2 years before I had to upgrade again.
so my guess would be at least two years...
Thank you very much. Glad to hear i won't be upgrding any time soon.
The next question is...
Which would you pick?

Is 400W enough for my system? ? Or will the looks of the Raidmax Cobra persuade me to buy a 500W PSU?
I would pick the blue one, you can get blue lights inside to make it look really good!
I have a 500w power supply and to be honest I think its a little to much, I hear 400w is fine for basic home computers. I think the 500w ones are for computers that have like 4 or more hardrives which I don't know any at home computer that has that but really Im no computer expert. So might wanna hear from somone who knows a little more than I do, I like my 500w though, it's nice to not worry about power when adding crap to my computer.
You should get a Athlon 64 3200 90nm 939pin and a motherboard that supports a 939 pin chip. You will be able to upgrade it later to 4000+, if you want. You should be able to overcloak a 90nm cpu better too, with a good heat sink. I think the 939 pin motherboards can support dual channel memmory too.
The 939 overclocking actually turned up to be a little disappointing, that's why I bought my 754(plus the fact it was like $100 cheaper). The next time I upgrade I'm planning on getting a motherboard with the dual pci-e so I can get two of the lower-high end nvidia cards and run them in sli... of course, that probably won't be for a while.
Did you have the 90 nm 939 cpu?
