Am I the only one that thinks the screenshots are just ugly?

I dont see what the hype about EverQuest II is! The EverQuest game was built on values that are history today. The MMORPG community craves new original ideas and to me EQII doesnt have anythign original at all.
And ontop of that. The screenshots are not just ugly, they are HORRIBLE! I don not get the impressions of a living fluid world. It looks very barren and synthetic. It looks, and Ive made this comparison a bunch of other times, like something rendered with really cheap 3d software. What are they thinking about?
Now, I know its a bit to early to judge a game in beta by its graphics. 
But I just cant help myself, these screenshots doesnt promote the game in any way. To me all they say is "Ever Quest 2 willtake place in a very barren and boring world with no spirit whatsoever". 
Am I the only one???! 
Edit: Okay, sorry the prejudiced poll... it didn't occur to me at the time I created it. 
Lets just pretend the first option is just "Great" and nothing else. Otherwise you could ignore it, it works either way.
