Does anyone remember Duke Nukem?
Isnt there supposed to be a new Duke Nukem game coming out.... when?
Maybe its an MMO in the works ?!? Duke Nukem 3D World !!!!! it would be way better than the Matrix Online.

lol, good luck waiting for that game. It's not an MMO, it's supposed to be a FPS and the name is Duke Nukem Forever. It's been in development stage since as far as I can remember and right now it's in what is called "Developer's Hell": for several reason, like lack of funds, people being fired and new people hired, years going by and developing team having to update graphics and such...well, the game is still there, stored somewhere, waiting to be finished....but you never know, we might see it in the stores by 2020

Duke Nukem Forever is the 2000s version of Daikatana. Big hype, but it's been in development for far too many years for how much they have to show for it, it'll probably be lousy when it's released from having had too many fingers in the pie for too long.

I'd pay $20 just to figure wtf Broussard is doing. I'd do some digging and look into it myself, but I'm afraid I'd find out he has converted the 3D Realms offices into an Arby's restaurant.
Apparently the game is still alive, www.3drealms.com/duke4/ Don't hold out for it though. If this game ever comes out it would be the laughingstock of the industry. Even if it's the god of fps'es, the development time will forever taint it's name and it will always be on the receiving end of all those vaporware jokes.

IIRC DN:F was shelved for Prey...which also took forever to get out the door, but I'm not 100% on that....when they decided to get around to it the engine and graphics were severely outdated, so...yeah back to the beginning
It looks to me like the setting is going to be based on the old DN:F based on the screenie on the main site which appears to have Hoover Dam in the background, DN:F was set in Nevada...more specifically Las Vegas.....and of course since 3D Realms won't confirm or deny -anything- i suppose that guess is as good as any other.

I don't know if it's going to ever be released either but i would like a new Duke game to be sure.
I remember seeing a spot on Ebgames.com for Duke Nuken Forever. They had a pre-order link up and everything. I think it lasted about 2 months before they finally took it down.

Don't you put down a minimum of $5.00 to pre-order?? If they took any money that would suck having to return it lol. I would so play duke nukem, loved that game when i was younger. STRIP CLUBS!!

Forgot to mention, My City of Heros character was duke nukem, he was such a bad ass with his big guns and all. Looked exactly like him, it was amazing. I should start playing my CoH character again lol.

Nah they don't charge you until the item ships. I guess Nukem never shipped so no problems.

I liked Cracked.coms take on it. The first trailer showed a lot of both gameplay and cutscenes looked like a complete game. The next showed much more cgi and and very little in game. Then we get that last one of all cgi vith no in game stuff. At t he current rate in a few years all will get is concept art and in aother few years theyll ask whats a duke nukem and why did they let a retarded kid name it.
Anyways if you beat the XBLA duke nukem game you get some new SS that came with it.
