Tome tactics?

I've been playing for awhile now and have yet to unlock a single tome tactic.  I've looked around and can't find any answers.  How do I unlock them?

you need to do several tome unlocks under the bestiary section, the first tome rank is usually 4 special unlocks then it progresses as the tactic becomes better.

Usually once you kill so many of a creature you can go to their selection in the bestiary and look at the various entries.  Holding your mouse over the entry it'll pop up a little one line clue like where to find a specific one to kill etc.  Usually it comes down to killing several hundred of them and completeting various clues as they appear and a tactic will unlock.  I dont think they expect you to unlock them before T4 unless your like a masochist.

I've gotten like part 1 of 3 for a tactic to kill Dwarven npc's ...but I"d killed like several thousand of them lol

Use the "Tome Titan" mod from Curse.com. It will tell you all of the unlocks for the area you're in, and exactly how to get them.

Thanks for the suggestion, I haven't got very far with 'Tome Tactics' either. I am already using several of  the Curse.com mods but hadn't tried 'Tome Titan' yet. There are so many mods available I almost need a separate guide as to which are the most useful, LOL.

If you can't "Have your cake & eat it too", then how can "The proof of the pudding be in the eating"?
