Hiya, I just wanted to say that everything for your computer looks good, but depending on the amount of players in open realm vs realm you may still experience lag issues, but Memory is a very cheap upgrade

Providing you have 2GB of RAM, then your PC should run WAR fine.

I am playing on the following system:

    AMD Athlon 2500+ XP
    2GB RAM
    ATI Radeon 9600XT (256MB)

It runs the game, although it does load slowly in places, and it is also technically below the minimum specs due to the processor. I do not have any major issues except for in multi-warband keep raids.

     Many thanks! ;D

Any other opinio / point-of-view about my cpu handling WAR?

Thanks to all of those who replied my port ;D!

    Hugs!

You might have some problems with the CPU, you see Pentium D isn't powerful enough and it's performance is by far worse than any other Dual Core CPU at the same GHz. WAR is very demanding in CPU...

I used to run it on a Pentium D at 2.8 GHz and the slattering was very annoying even at lowest resolution/detail. Changed it to an Athlon64X2 at 2.8 and the difference  was like day and night. Rest of parts stayed the same except MoBo ofc (2Gb DDR2, ATI RADEON 3650) so i suppose you are fine regarding memory and graphics card.

Even my girlfriend's CPU (Athlon 3500+) seemed to handle WAR better than PentiumD, although it is a single core CPU.

This was before 1.1 patch, since then the game's performance has improved a bit. And ofc you have a PentiumD 3.2GHz which will behave slightly better than mine. But whatever the performance is at questing/scenarios you will definately have major issues on big RvR battles(20vs20+)

    You dont have to, but....

upgrade your cpu and get more ram.

As such the game is not that eye candy nor does it require high end gaming computers to run

Your rig will run the game just fine

So, if i want to upgrade my CPU what d oyou guys think it's better and isn't too expensive? Any advice about any cpu superior to mine and that costs between 50 - 100 €??

you don't really have to bother as i have more or less the same rig but with an 8400gs in it and the game has run fine for me on med settings, the biggest rvr "battle" i've been in was a 40 vs 40 keep raid and the pc handled it fine
