I know you can exchange your equipment boxes at the Gambler De Mere at Rome but I was wondering if there are also NPCs that you can exchange your enchant or material or commodity boxes… I keep on fogetting opening my boxes so they basically just piled up and I'm at the point of the game where the [beg] boxes are beginning to become useless... So, are there any other Gambler for those other boxes or I generally have no choice but to open them all?

you can opt to sell it at the market. as far as my lvl4x mind knows, there's no npc where you can gamble your enchant boxes. you can either sell them as boxes or as enchant stones, whichever has a higher price.
or you can also mentor and give it to your apprentice. that's what i did with my beg items.

Just sell it to the market if you find them useless. ^-^ They are still an extra slot for inventory. In any other case give it to your guildmates if you have low level ones or apprenticess like nywlanas said.
Selling it in the market is a good idea. You have disposed those boxer and you earn money at the same time. But I prefer giving it to my friends who had lower levels and still needed those items. Some sort of a lending hand to them
exchange it with gambler de mere if you have a lot.. you can get a lot of money if you're lucky haha
or if you really have a lot of grudge about it just destroy it hahaha

yeah exchange it to gambler de mere.. i get tons of money from gambler de mere, i always exchange 2000 bran castle equipment boxes to him per week.. if you get conqueror or frozen euipment box, it is worth millions on the market
well, if you want to earn, you can sell it directly at the market. if you want to take your chance and earn higher, exchange it with gambler de mere then sell it at the market. if you're not that lazy, you can open them up and sell the items at the market (but usually that means it goin to be sold at a lower price).
basically, what i do is open them till i get lazy enough not to open up more. the remaining boxes, i sell at the market.
i don't have an apprentice so there's really no one to give it to. haha.
commodity boxes, open it and it will give you useful items like skill books, crystals and growth vials..
enchant boxes gives you enchant stones that can improve your weapons and armor..
equipment boxes gives you items like weapons and armors etc
material boxes ussually give you items for crafting.. i usually sell these boxes...

dont sell the material boxes.. the price is very low.. try to open them and if with luck you can get up to 30pcs of hi priced items.. then that is the time when you sell that particular item..
