Just wondering. My brother is playing WOW and just went through a series of cutscenes and stuff.
I know WOW and GW have them, anything else?
Oh and anything else use the Phasing technology like WOW to make certain areas look different to players depending on what quests they've done?

Not sure about the phasing but I know Aion has a linear story based quest line with multiple cutscenes reaching all the way up the level cap(50)
It's almost 2010, and I am just not wiling to tolerate clunky graphics while being told that "gameplay is more important than graphics". That excuse won't wash with me any more. I expect my games to have both good graphics and good gameplay.

FFXI has many great cutscenes.
Waiting for Fallen Earth, World of Darkness, Old Republic, FFXIV
LOTR:O
and
AoC
Age of Conan has them with lots of voice overs too. The lip movement actually synch's properly with whats being said here is one: www.youtube.com/watch
Final Fantasy XI , dont know about the phasing thing however.
Every storyline or even a chain quest you do in Aion has a cutscene, I've seen a few games with them, but nowhere near the amount Aion has.
AC2 had very nice cutscenes specially when you did a vault(dungeon)very story driffen.
Games played:AC1-Darktide'99-2000-AC2-Darktide/dawnsong2003-2005,Lineage2-2005-2006 and now Darkfall-2009.....
In between WoW few months AoC few months and some f2p also all very short few weeks.
FFXI has the best cut scenes, and there's alot of them
