Able to change appearance?

So ive been reading that you create your character, and that the game is not really based around finding new loot and armor.

If you create your character and down the road want to change the clothes/armor you are wearing are you able to do that?

Does anyone know?

I would guess there is a "Make over" shop where you pay so much gold/money to change your appearance, but this is speculation.

Currently restarting World of Warcraft :/

I believe there is a shop where you can change your appearance, but there are also drops off of mobs that allow you to "craft" your own armor.  This also includes finding the pieces required to make the armor...but the point is your not limited to what you start with I don't believe.

The game is all about finding new loot and armour. You can change your appearance by finding, looting, crafting or buying new armour and weapons. You can also dye your armour and clothes in a wide variety of colours at the forge.

The stats of armour and weapons however is determined by Sigil stones that you can place in a number of Sigil slots that a weapon or a piece of armour or jewelry has. So you will be hunting Sigil stones too. When you find a better looking weapon, you can remove the Sigil stones from your old weapon and place them in your new axe or sword or whatever.

from what i've read on their site, you get weapons and armor drops for human/oid mobs and for crafting materials (i.e., furs, claws, etc...) off of animal/monster mobs

Can't wait for the NA version to be ready... I thinking of either making that summoner class or go w/ one of their 3 melee classes
