Just a minor correction to the last point: there are 4 NPCs in the game that will buy anything for 10 gold. Every town also has a hospital that will buy anything for 10 gold each. It's not much, but it comes in handy when you've got a stack of one of something in your inventory that's taking up space and don't want to wait for it to sell on the market.
You can also use this as a newbie to make a bit of spare cash: just look for items on the market listed for less than 10 gold, buy them up and sell them to the hospital for instant cash.
why shall we stop doing what we like?
The Warehouse in Rome can hold items as well.
saved my day just :>

I loved inventory teris in this game. I don't know why. Maybe becouse every item was usefull in some way. Boxes had random items, it was always fun to get a lot of boxes, skillbooks etc. and just spend 20 minutes opening those and managing your inventory. =]
