Why wont you look up your own system's specs and provide them?
i was to lazy but here you go.... http://www.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/inspndt_530?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs
I recommend a nvidia 8800gt, 9600, 9800 series, or any 200 series.
For Ati look at at the 4xxx series I think.
If you only have 2gb of ram you probably want more.
Well prebuilts have the worst PSU you can imagine put in.... so you won't be able to really throw anything to powerfull into it... your PSU being 300 watts. I would recommend ATI 4670 (roughly 8800GT performance), low power draw so it won't kill your PSU and good enough to play some War.
If you want to get a new PSU... ATI 4850 always good...... atleast need solid 500 watt psu for that.
My card is 256mb GeForce Go 7400 turbocache. Approximately how much FPS will I get?
Between 0 and 10 on min settings.
I had 8800GTX and was getting around 20. (e6600. 4Gb ram, 1680x1050, high).
i am using a nvidia 8600 GTS, only time i run into problems is when i am a big battle with lots of area effect happening. This can be handled though by turning down the graphics in the game.,

I built two systems, one with ATI card and one with Nivida, I still can't get the ATI not to crash (but at least it's every hour and mostly recovers); this apparently is a known driver issue about 20 pages long on the support site - so I would definately not buy another ATI cards.
So Nvidia ones: 9800GTX+ should be around 120 quid
Ive got a sapphire 3850 512mb which ran it fine. You should make sure you have a decent processor and ram to back up whatever you end up with, though. Ive played war on a P4 machine with 1gb ram and it wasnt pretty...

I have the same card (got it for like 35 bucks after rebate). It runs great if you optimize and OC it a bit. Be careful when overclocking it though - it gets real hot real quick. I took the stock cooler off of it and attached a 120mm fan to it.

This game doesn't support SLI I am pretty sure. At least the temps on my other card never go up in WAR. So I would recommend a single card solution as youll get much better performance. The geforce 260 series is getting alot cheaper now, and is probably the best deal for longevity of usefulness. But you will want a decent PowerSupply for that. I recommend the BFG ES 800watt.

I have dual and have no probs with the latest games.
yes it does. I am running SLI.

I am running SLI too, but the game only uses 1 card.
