Fantasy Earth : The ring of dominion , Square-enix NEW MMORPG

Not much of the game story has been revealed yet, save for this little teaser: "Among a continent with five kings vying for domination, find your reason to fight."

As with other MMO games, in Fantasy Earth: Ring of Domination, you'll create a character, build up your skills, explore new areas, and form alliances with other players. But it looks to be something bigger: battles may involve huge armies, and players will be able to build fortresses and citadels. It looks like Fantasy Earth will try to combine elements of roleplaying and real-time strategy into a sort-of holy grail of online gaming.

Fantasy Earth: Ring of Domination is scheduled for release in 2005, but there are no indications as to whether this will see any localisation for non-Asian territories, or if there are any plans for console editions.

Stay tuned for further developments on this promising looking title.

Looks interesting , not very much information on it though ::::15:: square has been known to come outve no where with some really awesome games before , maybe this will be one of them ::::35::

    I'm sorry, but their faces just resemble psychotic children... I don't mind it though. image I'll check out the game now. Probably another game to let me down, but at least I have hope again.

    p.s. The movie looks great. Almost fits my style of graphics. When is this game coming out or having a beta or even releasing new information? Sorry, I can't read Japanese characters, Enix.

    Looks kind of single-playerish atm. I have a feeling those are doctored shots or pre-done shots. Will look out for more in the future though as it sounds interesting and it is from Square. :)
