Do you think Dane Cook is funny?

What do you guys think of Dane Cook? I think he's getting corny to me yo. Actually he been that way with me for a while. I think girls like his comedy, because he eye candy. I can catch SOME smirk from his jokes, but he don't make me laugh.

He's definitely hot, but the majority of his new stuff is only smile worthy. Maybe a giggle now and then, but not busting out laughing so hard tears are streaming down my face.

Some people think Daniel Tosh sort of stole Dane's style, but I think Daniel Tosh is way funnier so I don't care if that's the case. He kills me with his material. Theres sort of a Dane vs Daniel war.

I did liked hm, but unlike others, I don't hate on people's sucess. It's known he's funny and popular person. It's just some of is newer things lacks. I just finished watching his newer material on Comedy Central and I didn't get that laugh as I was hoping for. He focus more on his movments than the joke. Like you can't pop in an MP3 and expect to understand what the hell is goin on.

I can agree that he doesn't quite have the same "oh man I just peed myself laughing" quality that he used to...but the people who just hate on him with the "Dane Cook isn't funny, and never was funny" trash are mostly just trying to sound like they're super non conformist or something.

Some of his stuff is funny...but he is loosing his funniness. He is OK looking, but he doesn't do anything for me.
I forgot what that was called on Comedy Central, where they did cartoon sketches of the stand up comedians do. They should bring it back. It was something babies. I can't remember. But that one you just linked, one of Dayne Cook's old stuff, that made me laugh. I remembered that one where they did a cartoon sketch from Mitch Hedberg about ducks and Subway. I can't find it though.

I thought he was funny in the movies Waiting and Employee of the Month but his stand up just doesn't do it for me. Running around the stage telling stories, yelling, and making faces just isn't funny to me.

I do agree, Daniel Tosh is probably my favorite comedian at the moment. Although I am quite disappointed that I haven't heard any of his new material.

These are the people that I am willing to bet think he is hillarious, but think it's cool to hate the man because he's massively popular

I used to like Dane Cook but recently I ahven't found some of his stuff as funny. Lewis Black would probably have to be one of my favorites, I think he's hilarious
Comedy Central is a great place to watch comedians (both popular and new); especially on late Friday nights.

When I first heard him on Shorties Watching Shorties, Comedy Central Presents, and his first CD I thought he was insanely funny. Now he's just kinda meh. Mostly because every idiot I've talked to who liked him, had to drive every goddamn joke of his into the ground by saying them over and over and over and over again.
