Step 1
Create a free EA member account by visiting the LOGIN screen at www.ea.com.
Step 2
Enter your billing information by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of the EA.com page and visiting the Billing tab. Note: a credit card is required to register The Sims Online free trial. You will not be billed during the trial period, and your information will be kept private.
Step 3
Contact us. We'll need to know your EA member name to assist.
