although it does seem to good to be true
1) No site of website and it will be launched by 22nd .
Well the MORONS ate GOA did the same thing for WAR , waited till the end for updating registration for WAR .We all know how that ended.
2) Computer Specs.Some reports say a 6800 card wiill be good enough .I wonder if really such a medicore computer specs can run ever demanding MMO games
So will it be case of the underdog DARKFALL will be able to sling WOW and dethrone it or will it be one of the biggest pranks ever pulled off in MMO history

Come Jan 22nd David wont come to the battlefield.
David won't show up because he has basically been lying to folks, and if he does show up Goliath will look down laugh and bitch slap him into next week.
They said that because they know they can't kill WoW.
C'mon, WoW has close to 12 million subscriptions...and I'm sure less than 500k of those even know about Darkfall.
While I be playing Darkfall and have been looking forward to playing it will never even come close to WoW in any fashion...hell, I would be suprised if it even made a dent in LotRO's player base.
It's apples and oranges...people playing those games will not want to play something like Darkfall.

I voted "don't care". I hope both games are healthy and doing well a year from now so that we, the gamers, have more and better options for our play time.

Im very doubtful this game will release on time. There is nothing that gives me any indication to make me feel different. I feel bad for the DF fans that are waiting for this game.
Played : WOW, LOTRO, COH/COV, EQ2, SWG, and WAR.
Playing EVE Online and AOC.

Darkfall is not a WoW killer. I very much hope it can deliver for the players who have been desiring this type of gameplay. But in no way, shape or form will it be a WoW killer.
