OK. Please be kind, I know I'm complete new and when it comes to MMORPGs, I'm not exactly all that knowledgable (My MMORPG history is The 4th Coming -> Legend of Mir 1 -> Knight Online -> ???. This is why I'm posting this, I'm playing a new "MMORPG".
It's not exactly your average game. It's very unfinished, and depends on human-human interaction. It's quiet, not nearly enough people play it at the moment. It is heavily Roleplay orientated. There isn't leveling up as such, but skill levels increase when doing certain things. It's a game of espionage, attack, politics and quick thinking.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Steel-law Online.
It's set onboard a futuristic ship, the "Charon" that has fallen into disrepair. There are alien creatures called Xenomorphs that inhabit the decks, and the start of the game, we're supposed to be clearing out the decks and maintaining them. There are several organisations (or Guilds, as you'd probably know them) that have interests on board the Charon. And thats basically where it's at. it's a contantly changing world, fueled by updates to the game engine and items. What it desperately needs is some loving mmorpg fans to nuture it and bring it to fruition.
It's free, and it will remain free until they sort it out, which is going to be a while. Many of the organisations are closed because of a lack of decks and people playing. I've come to try and tempt a few of you to play this game. If you try it and don't like it, I will really understand why because at the moment it's not the greatest game. But I want some roleplayers to try it out and see if they like it, point out the bugs and get active in its community.
I go by "white" on the ship. feel free to put that in as a referer if you decide to play, and i'll check this thread to see if any of you have any questions about the game (no, im not a GM just a dedicated player). thanks,

well... the game does actually look very interesting... i think i might just have to give it a shot...
i noticed there seems to be an insanely low player count though lol...
btw "white", after checking out the forums, it seems you've been causing quite a bit of trouble ^^

hopefully you'll stick at it for a few days and give your opinions back to this site, I think the coders behind it have worked hard to get it to the point it is at now and it desperately needs some more player input. I'm no expert when it comes to MMORPGs, but it seems that more players would definately help!!
