MMORPG formula patented...NCSoft being sued

This article is a few weeks old but havent seen it posted.  Not sure how they are gonna settle this and what it will mean for the other companies in violation...Blizzard, EA ect.....

    Greed....its obvious this company waited this long to sue in order to gain more money as popularity and incoming profits increased. I wonder if they will go after big money makers like wow. Its all about money...everything!!!  I hate this world when it comes to cash!

    Old news, anyways the patent is flawed, all of that was already commerically available in games before the patent was even submitted.

    Logically a court would throw it out and rip up the patent, but the lawyers have come out and stated they are pursing NCSoft first because they are a Korean company and going through the Texas court because it has a history of being biased against foreign companies.

    So the court could screw over every MMO company just cause NCSoft is a Korean company.

    I've been thinking about it, and I feel that I should patent:

    "Invention for motorized transportation of people and good, driven by a petrol based engine, using 4 wheels on the ground for stability. Invention is planned to drive on flattened ground, covered by sad/rocks flattened in a tar sollution, creating a flat hard ground(patent pending). Invention however, can be driven outside of said flat hard ground(patent pending). "

     

    Get it through patent office, find me a judge that are biased towards something, maybe Japanese, then sue Toyota... Ofcourse, if case goes thru, I don't need biased judge any more, as I now have a presedence that says this patent is valid and ALL car makers owe me BIG!

    Then I can retire rich, without ever having built a car in my life..err I mean never built my invention..
