That is a very good, well thought out review of the game. Most of what she said is negative but it's nice to see reasoned examples instead of just saying "this game sucks! EQ2 is going to get pwnd by WOW!!!!11!!eleven!!111!"
I still plan on getting the game, however. I am also in beta, although not for nearly as long as she has been. While what she is saying is true, I still find the game to be very engaging and addictive, and that's whats important. I would say, give it a try yourself if possible and make up your own mind.
That post was made before the last 2 rounds of class spells and balancing. It states the game at that point in time (from a negative perspective) but doesnt reflect the game since the changes have been made.

naw, i'm a cleric with 1 less healing spell
and a damage absorbing buff. of course i got some more buff spells, but no more healing spells. this is gonna be rough...
edit: just read that the regen spell goes to the druids - class specific spell and all that - i still say it's a bad idea taking a healing spell away from a cleric.
i don't care about the other spells they took, but healing? cleric? eh?
bah.
