ok i bought fp now do i have to sign up for the test or will i just be addmited for signing up for fp?

He was being helpful from where I am looking at it. They have instructions right in front of you.
And anyway, he is a valuable member to this community. Not sure if I can say the same for you. And besides that, you posted an answer to your own problem. Wait until the site isn't getting too many hits so that you can sign up.

where to u buy Fp for a month? all i see is quarterly and a full year
There should be a button that says "Basic Package" or something along those lines. It's for a month if I remember correctly and it costs $7.50, I think.
Yeah I bought the 15.95 crap.. not that it makes a diff since the site won't confirm I am a subscriber... =p Damnit wasted 15 bucks for bunch of BS from Blizzard....
What is worse is that Open Beta is going to be limited.. want proof? goto fileplanet.. why would there need to be a spot reserved for those who subscribed to the second stress test unless it because of it being limited... Blizzard is nothing but a bunch of $#^&* liars.

The site is getting too many hits and they are trying to process too many applications to see if they are really legit. Even though someone could easily lie on one of those, they still have to do it. For all you know, they might think your Korean because you mispelled Mississippi(just an example...).
