Hey everyone I am in need of a new computer, I am not very good with the specs of a computer however. So my question is what brand should I shoot for. I know that it is better to build your own, but I like the know how and resources.
HP and Acer offer a descent computer for the price and out of all the computer builders, they offer the best price to performance ratio. HP offers a better return policy then Acer. Both suffer from competent customer support, and poor parts. However, you are going to get underperforming parts regardless unless you build it yourself or pick a premium system builder like Falcon Northwest. The bad part about premium system builders is that they usually charge 5 times more then the parts cost.
HP all the way baby. I never went wrong with an HP computer. Dell on the other hand..
Look into HP, for me, they last for yeaaarrrsssss (if treated properlly)
