18 hours out of 2 years , not bad ive played mmo's that have more downtime than that once a week
Yeah, it was a long outage, but I've played for 2 years as well and that's the worst I've seen by far.
Darn, those 38 players better find another game to fill in for the next few hours.
Man I assumed that most Vanguards players were smarter and more mature then the average gamer but I guess assumptions can be wrong anyone who thinks the Palin is somehow special needs there head checked.

2. My name is Sarah I am so stringent in my religion that I only educate my daughter on Abstinence I guess this is why she is pregnant
3. My name is Sarah I watch my kids so well and believe in such strong family values that I had no idea that my daughters soon to be mother in law is a meth head and had a lab in her home.
4. My name is Sarah I believe in education as long as there your children and not mine. Who needs high school diploma anyways? Surely not a future mom or anything!

8. Its not that the left can’t get enough of Sarah it’s that pretty much the whole country is still trying to figure out how someone who could have been a step away from the presidency could be so dumb. Really dumb!!!!
9 million people disagreed with Sarah but I guess that makes the losers smarter then the winners. It’s too bad because if McCain had actually picked someone competent he might have just won.

You want a checklist or something :P I'm not going to try to provide an education for you on a game forum. You might talk to your parents a good history teacher or go to the library and find a good book on american history.

Every MMO I've ever played has had servers go down like this. That's one reason why I usually play 2 games at once, so I can always get my MMO fix when I need it.

The next Presidential election is in 2012, and the one after that is in 2016. The only way Palin could become President in 2014 is if she gets elected VP in 2012 and then the President dies in 2014, or less plausibly, if she gets appointed VP later (see Gerald Ford) or she gets a cabinet position and then a bunch of people die. And I really hope that doesn't happen, because it would probably take an unthinkable catastrophe to kill that many of the top government officials all at once. (Or, I guess, Speaker of the House or Senate President Pro-tempore, but she's not in congress.)
What's this have to do with Vanguard? Well, when a server goes down, people start making forum posts about random things, in addition to ranting about the server being down.

A person like that is probably not in favour of gaming either, and even if she is, any person in favour of any kind of censor ship should stay away from politics. Personally I think that MCCains would have been a great leader and he should have won the election when Bush screwed him with false rumours, I don't see him as the type reading children storys after hearing about 9-11. Sarah Palin on the other hand seems like another Dan Quale to me. Potato, Potato.
Bck to topic again: 18 hours, that sucks. Last time I seen a game down so long was when SOE closed down it's US EQ2 servers due to a fire in California, the building didn't burn but they evacuated the workers. But accidents happens, if it becomes to often however they will lose players.
That's about as true as the claims that Obama is secretly a Muslim. Which is to say, not at all.
Apparently the basis for that rumor was that as mayor of Wasilla, she asked the town librarian what the procedure for getting books removed from the public library was. She didn't actually try to remove any books from a public library, let alone private collections.
Palin and Obama were actually fairly similar in that their fans projected everything that they thought could be good about a politician onto them, while their opponents assumed that every plausible (and often implausible) evil was true of them.

Actually your right but when i was playing WoW at the 2 year mark, so about the same age vanguard is now. There was many , many times i couldnt log back onto my server for up to 2 days .
I agree...If you have something political to say...log on to WOW...walk...or depending on your level...ride to the Barrens...choose general chat...and talk away. It is also acceptable...but less so...to discuss it on the trade channel in orgrimmar or stormwind.
