Stress Help!!!

Ok i just signed up for the Stress Test via Fileplanet and it says

Congratulations! You have been accepted into the World of Warcraft® Final Stress Test and Open Beta.

 

Ok and it also says that it should be on the beta key page. I do not see it nor have i recieved an email yet. There customer support doesnt work. What should i do?

Games Played:DoAC, EQ, CoH, Lineage 2, Planetside, and Shadowbane.
Games Playing:None:(
Waiting For:WoW, EQII

    Sorry if this post shows up twice. I posted and it seems it didn't go through...

    When you received the congrats page it should have presented you with a key on that same page. Also, there is a download link at the bottom of the page for the client.

    If it did not provide you with a key, I would definitely try to resubmit. Otherwise, something is definitely wrong (or they changed the process within the last two hours).

    The way I understood it is that the keys would go out in groups (by e-mail). Maybe when it gets closer to the date of the stress test. BTW I diden't see anything about when it would start.

    that should Have came up on the page for everyone that signed up via fp. well not the first few thousand but you knwo what i mean.

    i got it, and Been waiting over 3 hours since , no Key yet though :/

    if my download is done before the key gets to me im going nuts lol

    Must have been for the first few K (me being one of them, I guess). I got the key immediately on the page and less than a minute later via e-mail as well. This was earlier...

    Anybody that is waiting for the key like I am able to dwnload the client anywhere or will that come with the email? Anyone know?

    Then can someone tell me why the hell does fileplanets main page have a link to the signups saying "Play Wow Today"? 2 more hrs and it will be tomorrow! And we still need to dl the client They should change it to Play next Week!

    Heh, thats exactly what i was thinking, i signed up around 7pm, now it's 1 am, still no e-mail.  Somone should sue them for false advertising, lol.

    Yeah, FP changed how it works.  You now have to wait to get an email, once you sign up.  Don't waste your time signing up multiple times, it will do you no good.

    FP gets an F for this crap.  I paid money just so I could get into the test early.  Had to wait a few hours before I could even access my subscription.  Now I've waited (read- played CoH) for 3+ hours for a stuipd email. 

    Sigh.  Guess I'll go to sleep and hope I'll have an email in the morning.

    lol this is pathetic..fileplanet forces people who they KNOW want to play the stress test badly and slaps a fee on it! it's like polishing a turd...sure you get an account for A WEEKS worth of play then it's open beta. I don't know about you but that's what i call wasting money. I could see if fileplanet offers excellent products every month but they only offer beta keys what every 6 months or so?? come on now

    8:30 Central time and not a damn thing. I signed up yesterday as well. They are doing the exact same thing with Matrix Online which I also thought I'd give a try since I was waiting for the WoW key... negative. After I downloaded the client for it I then find out that I need to get accepted for a key, and there is a set number of them (5000)::::07:: Now thats the polished turd! (btw, I love that saying!!!)

    Thank god for copy/paste... first time didn't go through ::::26::

    I got my key immediately...di you fill out the WoW stress request page that your taken to when you click on the front page FilePlanet link for the WoW stress test?

    If so, it may be your mail server that FilePlanet doesnt like.

    I JUST received my email with my key. So check your emails, it stated my group was just released so others should be getting theirs as well. G'Luck!image

    Regardless of mail server, it should show up in my File Planet/My Account/ My Beta Keys folder.

    It's been 12hrs and counting for me and have no key eitherimage. I am fileplanet sub we get a week early...heh not at this rate. by the time I get my key it might be next week..Then I gotta dwld client and everything so it will take a while for that so even if I get my key soon my fricken week early is goneimage AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

    im waiting for the key but i have no clue were to dl it when ever i click on the dowload button for suscribers it takes me back to the window were you give your info wich i did allready about 10 times verry freakin annoying

    I can only speak for myself, but I have been an FP subscriber for about a year now. I didn't just sign up for beta chances, etc. I have continued my membership because I like their services (mostly). I am a fiend for patches and demos. True, you can get demos and patches for free elsewhere, but with FP everything is more-or-less centralized and I get great download speeds (except when FP is getting hammered ::::02::) with no waiting in a queue because umpteen million people are waiting ahead of me. To me the monthly fee is worth it.
