Seriously OP, try asking a more specific question. People don't know what your needs and requirements are in an MMO apart from PVP. That narrows it down only a little.
It all depends on what makes a good game to YOU.
If you want pvp in space: Go with Eve Online.
If you want a laid back approach to pvp in a cartoon style environment: Go with WARhammer or WoW.
If you want to lop peoples heads off: Go with Age of Conan
The choice is endless, and many games have trial offers. Try them for yourself rather than asking generic questions.
This is the beauty of the MMO market. Different people have different views on what makes the best MMO to THEM.

I have to agree with that.
In PvP, Guild Wars wins hands down. If you want to pwn/gank people with superior gear and higher character level, by all means, try another game. Then GW isn't for you.
