Kids got into a snow ball fight on a college campus, where it rarely snows, and supposedly it "got out of hand" but hoenstly, how much can a snow ball hurt? It'll be cold... but... come on... its a snow ball......

You have snowball fights in that way as kids, surely when one is older a snowball fight should only be for a laugh. They deserve an award for being so childish.

True snowballs don't necessarily hurt. But if there's some moisture and you can pack it good enough, then it's no longer a snowball, it's become an iceball. Iceballs are like big rocks and can cause some damage.
Or when the cops asks whats going on they just say they were messing around.
