Wow that last quater was amazing. I wanted to the cards to but both teams were just all out there. The only thing was 3 cards on holmes and he still makes the catch

77 yards in 29secs is pretty much immpossible. I say even without that drive Kurt still gets into the hall of fame.

Hold on Snow Leopard, imma let you finish, but Windows had one of the best operating systems of all time.

If the Powerball lottery was like Lotro, nobody would win for 2 years, and then everyone in Nebraska would win on the same day.
And then Nebraska would get nerfed.-pinkwood lotro fourms

Cardinals have nothing to be ashamed about, it was an awesome game and they showed they can take on the best!  I hope to see them return next year!

this game was so rigged, NFL is rigged.  If you go and watch the 'touchdown' at the end of the first half, they're already calling it a touchdown before the ref even gets down the field and calls it a touchdown.  Then there's the fact that there was holding on the runback against Kurt Warner (also shown in the videos) AND the fact that he had the ball in his right hand and his left elbow landed on the goal line (elbow hits the ground = down (just like a knee)).  The only way that was a touchdown was the refs didn't call the holding penalty AND he did some wierd abilty and could shove the ball through his body into the endzone...I think the referees got this game mixed up with Heroes, must've watch too many commercials lol.  Not to mention the referees were calling every single thing on the Cardinals and almost called no penalties against the Steelers.  If you Tivo'd the game, watch it over and watch for holding penalties that the Steelers did all game, there were 6 that I counted, that were surely holds (hands around the neck of the defensive player). NOT A SINGLE ONE CALLED.  After watching this, the NFL is rigged as bad as Wrestling rofl

Did not watch.  Do not care.  If you dont live where these teams come from, there is no reason you cant get together with friends and family and shotgun beer the other 364 days of the year.

    lol

I'm not from Arizona or Pittsburg, and really only watched for the commercials (which weren't that great booo).  I'm just saying after this game I'm left thinking it's gotta be rigged like pro wrestling is lol

I'm not somebody who thinks that the NFL reffs are particularly awesome or perfect at what they do...but I guarentee you that if you were trying to do their job, you would find it just a bit more difficult than you are making it out to be...it's not a perfect system (perfect football referee robots would be preferred kthx) but it takes some degree of paranoya (and Cardinal fanship) to think that this game was rigged.

Think about it logically...what does the NFL have to gain by having the Steelers win anohter super bowl?  If anything they would want the Cards to win in order to draw more fanship from the west coast states.

Your argument is like a two legged dog with an eating disorder...weak and unbalanced.

I thought the game was fun to watch. I didn't really have a horse in that race, so to speak, but I live in Western PA these days, and I am glad the Steelers won or a lot of local folks would have been grumpy all day today. (LOL)

My daugther was disappointed though. She's an Eagles fan, and she wanted the Cardinals to win, mainly because they aren't the Steelers.

All my kids are Eagles fans, they take after me, and they were just glad the Giants and Cowboys didn't make it!

It was interesting watching the Pittsburg defense against the Arizona Offense, both statistically ranked high.  The drive going the other way was 2nd rate by comparison, especially with how poorly Arizona's defense was.  Although they did perform better then in the season.

I thought it was a good game too even if the Ravens wern't in it. At first I thought it was going to be another blow out. At least there was the Star Trek movie clip and Springsteen at halftime. But as the game when on it turned out to be a decent Super Bowl game. Were mistakes made by the officials? Most likely but they are as fallible as any other human. All in all....it was a good way to spend a Sunday!
