Is there anything simillar to shadowbane out there?

Honestly, is there any mmos that are like shadowbane and are based mostly around pvp? Any mmos that involve territory taking/building or seige warfare? IT doesen' t have to have the same exact concept of shadowbane, but is there any games that are just heavily pvp focused? Prefarably a F2P game, please don't say WoW, Warhammer, Or Lineage 2. If it's not one of them, don't be afraid to suggest a p2p game. Thanks.
Waiting for: Archeage, Darkfall 2.0, and Planetside 2.

how 'bout Sword of the New World: Granado Espada? its free, and it involves territory taking/building or seige warfare.
