Hey, this may be the wrong forum, so feel free to move this, but I'm trying to figure out how to get my free trial of Dungeons and Dragons Online. I signed up at Turbine's site and they emailed me a Access Key; I then downloaded the game, and activated my key at Turbine. Went to log in, and the game told me invalid username/pass, blah blah blah. So I hit the "Need a Username?" button, and it takes me to COG! (Codemasters Online Gaming.) I sign into my COG account (I used to play Archlord, lol) and try to use my trial key to register for D&D Online, but COG tells me my Key is invalid! Am I doing something wrong? The sign-up instructions on the Turbine site said to download and install the game, then sign in using the same username I use on the Turbine site. I'm so confused. -.- Please help!

No, not quite. I already have the game; I downloaded the newest one from Gamershell, and then spent an hour or so patching.
The problem is, I followed Turbine's instructions for setting up an account and getting a trial key, activated my trial, and am ready to go, except that the game client won't let me login. It seems to want COG login details, not Turbine. What am I missing?

Did you get a comfimation email for your account and did you click on the link?
Yesh I did. I've confirmed that my 10 day free trial is currently running at Turbine, but of course, COG knows nothing about it. -.-

I'd DL it from the Turbine DDO web site just to be sure you got the right version.
BTW, enjoy! I'd tell you to /tell me if you have any questions, but the trial doesn't allow tells. Very annoying.
Here is key generator for EU (Codemasters, EU license owner):

And here for US (Turbine, the developer):

US and EU Clients are INCOMPATIBLE . Though the content is the same, game is exactly the same, save for more languages in EU version (localization).
