Is it easy to lvl in WoW?

I havent gotten my chance to try playing yet, but i have read alot about the lvling issues, and many ppl say you just have to camp for monster to spawn, and some say its so damn easy to lvl to cap, so im wondering what the real truth is image Or atleast what you people think/know?

I've been told the fighting is fast paced, and little downtime. I couldn't tell you if the lvling goes faster than other games. I can only hope so.

Its very easy to level up in WoW. Actually, at the lower levels, its easier to hunt solo to level up. I'm not sure how quickly it is since I dont play much just to lose my toon (dont want to see too much in beta), but I would guess that you can reach 20 in 2-3 days.

Yes leveling in WoW is extremely fast imo. The camping a particular mob issue comes into play in certain quests.

It is right now. They are going to slow down the rates at which you gain Experience after the beta is over. Experience is high right now so that people could test high end content faster.

they never said that, unless they said something within the past week, so stop spreading rumors. Blizzard said about a month ago they were happy with the grind the way it is.

So easy the next step is a slash command to automatically raise your level to whatever you want :)  Just kidding of course but yeah its the easiest game I ever leveled in.

The Devs want players to get into the action of the game ie, PvP battles and High End Content raids.  Honestly I think that approach is lame but that is just me.  Others love not grinding, its all on what the majority of the players want and it seems they love the fast pace of leveling so its as is.

Nevermind, I can't find it. But I am quite sure that a dev has said this before.
I apologize if you think I am trying to spread rumors and apparently I have some reflecting on my life to do. I mean, if someone thinks I have nothing better to do than sit around and make up rumors about a game on a forum, I really need to make a change in my life.

The leveling is pretty good. Quests give you a nice chunk of EXP and the spawn rate on names are very fast.

Incorrect.  They are definitely NOT going to change the experience gain rate.  Here's a link to a post from Tyren on the WoW forums confirming this.  http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general&t=485648&tmp=1#post485648

its fast only if you do quests, if you solo or group it is not fast at all. the combat is face paced to some degree, if you have food and water you will be back fighting in no time at all.

They were talking about increasing, not decreasing, thoug he would maybe have mentioned it, but lets just hope that it is going to take a fair amount of time, or else i think it will maybe get abit boring =(
