Thinking of trying this out, since I have heard some good things about it recently. Questions-

does the "old school" turn-based stuff only happen in battle, or does it carry through to the rest of the game?

does a mob show up in the world in the singular, but during a battle scene, open to say...5?

does the storyline/ environments really do it justice?

I am asking based on experience with games such as Ultima, Pre-FF9, and other "old school" turn based rpgs.

    The turn based stuff is only in battle. Also it *feels* quite action filled and makes you pay attention while enemy is moving. It is not all that "old shool" and not all that groundbreaking it is just turn based.

    Mobs shows singular and open to mutiple mobs in formation (typically 7, maximum 3x3=9).

    Storyline/setting is nothing but PR stunt. You will have easier time to find New York on map than Freeport but that is all. Towards the end you have Henry Ford saying "mobs are dangerous i think, kill them, please, say 60 of them" - quite literary, and he is not alone. Otherwise the world engine is stock korean mmo with glass walls filled with mobs of inconsistent art style; it works and while on large it is bland and greyish it has a few decent looking spots.

    1. yup turn based is only in the battle..

    2. yup, only one mob has 1-9 sets of monsters...

    3. storyline is great.... environment is excellent... you can see the world wonders in-game..... amazing graphic arts.....

     yeah i agree with you impakto.. the storyline is great can even see the whole world.. its a adventure to find the atlantis... the turn base is good..

    its not old school its a turned based and it happens only in battle that you need to pay attention just to make sure that you're main character will not easily knock out or wiped out by monsters or other player if you're in a challenge system...

    hi there guys!!! noob here!!! well, all i can say is that ive been enjoying since level 1-20. so i hope that you guys would also find some time in trying the game out. ^^ well, if it is worth my time i guess it would also be worth your time...even just a small percentage of your time will do... just change it when you get addicted soon after playing. :D
