about have badly development teams don't like to wait when it comes to releasing there game prematurely and are wanting easy money fast?

Rant at the right people at least. It's not up to the "development team". The people who make the game, are not the people who in any way have control over it. It's often a decision by management. Ranting at the development team is like rubbing salt in the wound. They work themselves to death trying to meet the impossible deadlines imposed on them.
The point is, the guys on the development team really, honestly want to make the best game possible. A lot of them put in extra time, late nights, overnighters, weekends, just to cram in a few more features that gamers might like. These guys are passionate. None of them want to see a project they've poured thousands of hours into get low ratings.
One last thing as well. The development team is lucky if it sees any of that "easy money".
