Yes, self. Epic weapons are extremely rare and difficult to get so they weren't seen in Beta!

I don't know why I feel this way so correct me if I'm wrong... but I don't think many of the posters on this forum have made it to the end game material yet. At least the people that post critiques don't seem to have ever made it past 20. I would, like you, really like to know about stuff like epics and raids and much of the end game content (if there is any at this point worth mentioning at all).

So any beta testers that can prove me wrong, please feel free to do so. But it looks at this point, unfortunately, as though we're going to have to find out about much of the end game content by ourselves.

you find it unfortunate that you have to figure out stuff for yourself???

thats the fun thing in mmorpgs for me, i dont like being told everything before i get to play it, thats like holding your hand and reading a walkthrough. Experience stuff by yourself and be amazed (or not)...

    Your right :)

What I hope happens to me is, about 2-3 months after I start, i'll be walking through Qeynos one day, and see a wizard with a staff named Zi'katra's Staff of Eternal Pwnz0rx ; unbeleivable stats and a flames inside the staff with a ball at the end that has a man casting spells inside, and everywhere he goes leaves a trail of pixie dust. Thats what im looking forward too (*`_`)b

Well I'd kinda like to know whether there are even going to be epics or not. Just general content questions about end game is what I was talking about... not walkthroughs.

Your going to get tossed LOT'S of twists and surprises over time, regardless of how much they tell you. Games this size don't give all...

well I've been in beta a while, and I've seen some good weps

But i haven't seen an epic yet (sure they might be out there, just I haven't passed one by)

and if someone did, I feel sorry for them...they're gonna get WIPED! BWAHAHAHAH

they are not going to be epics anymore, moorgard said they will now be called legendary weapons and have a long complex quest to attain these items. it was in one of the gamergod Q&A's if you want to go find it.

That's good to hear, but people are still going to call them "Epics" lol. That or we'll all agree on tossing around "LW" , but that doesn't sound right.
