well, if you can lvl all 4 characters to lvl 50 in a month, 4 slot for all server might be a little less than you.
How many characters I can create doesnt effect me to stop playing a games if this is an excellent game. I know I will focus on just 1 or 2 character(s) to play. lvling in EQ is slow(compare to other MMORPG like FF11, Diablo 2(donno if its even a "Game" or not), City of Heroes etc). and you have many many many........... things and thinks to do other than Exping.
if they can make it 5 to 6 slots for all server would be better I think.

there is a HYUGE start new topic button out there.. and many lazy people. Now with eq2 boards down for 'maintenance' alot of people are going to pile over here to get their fix, I imagine
This really is a dead horse that just doesn't need any more kicking. But, I really think everyone who is complaining about 4 chars is really reaching to find something to complain about. When I played EQ1 I hmade more than 4 chars.. but you know how many I got passed lvl 20? 3
I think 4 will be more than enough.
