How do you want lots of content if you wanna get to the top level in 2 weeks?

Woops, guess I'm a little tired.

I'd say go to Private Servers, but those are illegal, so can't help ya man.

I believe that you're confusing grinding with content.  Guild Wars lets you get to the level cap in perhaps 10 hours of gameplay, but still has quite a lot of good content.  Most of the content just assumes that you're at the level cap with perfect gear.

Indeed, Guild Wars looks like pretty much exactly what the original poster is asking for, except that it's not free.  There's no monthly fee, but you do have to buy a box to start.

If you want something that you can play completely for free, you could try Puzzle Pirates on a doubloon server.  You'll essentially buy your subscription from other players for in-game PoE (the currency), but it won't cost real-life money.  The game doesn't have a distinction between high and low level content, as levels don't make you stronger.

GW is the best option because allows you to choose what you want to play, if you dont want to play PvE you can create directly a character in the highest level with all the skills you got in PvE, or you can buy new skill with points you earn making PvP.

There ares several PvP modes and i think you won´t get bored, at the begining is a bit difficult to play PvP so you should join a guild inmdiatly(guilds are the esence of the game).

And dont miss PvE, really good.
