Yes, PVPs are scheduled. You could also challenge other players to battle while outside the town.
Most PvP is in what's called Free League. It's matches 1v1 against players the same division (more or less level) as your own. 8 matches per Free League, every 3 hours.
There is also PvP with country wars, but it's much less popular apparently. Shame. There you can hunt and fight players in the open space, which belong to country which you are at war.
yes if your nation is at war, you can also PvP with the nation you are at war with.. but its more on PK i think.. so be careful if you are at war, there's a high percentage that you will be PKed outside town...

what is PK guys? sorry...im just an ignorant kid... im not new to the game buty i am also not an expert on it...
PK means Player Kill.. means that you force your oppent to fight you...
and you cant prevent a PK.. no matter what, when someone casts a king's judgement on you, you have to fight lol... then if you are defeated, there's a chance that you'll lose an equipment ^^;
