was this game called wish in its early stagess of development?
No, WISH was an entirely different game made by indy devs who, unfortunately, ran out of money. One of their developers is the editor here on mmorpg.com, Stradden.
k thanks. i just remember that someone bought wish and renamed it and was spose to finish it. just aint sure what it was renamed
They sold the engine to at least one other company in the east. I remember seeing info on it during one of the WISH testing phases. Im not sure how much of what was in WISH was built into the game (or if they even completed it) but WAR and WISH are two totally different beasts.
*edit* well, here ya go. This is the game using the WISH engine (Sui Tang Online. However, doing a quick google search I cant find any information as to wether or not its been released.

'nother MMO called Irth Online bought up some of Wish's art assets...I think it was thoroughly dissected and sold off in different ways.
ya youre right. I forgot about Irth purchasing some of the models. It turned into Irth Worlds and I dont think it exists now
