in Everquest II

I saw on the IGN Boards that "Unrest" is one of the more popular choices.  Thought I'd put a survey up here too.


Fact: In the United States, 4% of all children are born with a heart defect.
Fact: Only 1% of those has Ebstein's Anomaly.
Fact: My daughter is in that 1%.

    I'll wait till i see the server populations, i usually go for the less crowded or roleplay server.

    I would like to goto the UK Prefered but i think that will be over-crowded. Silly SOE image

    UO 2years - EQ 4years - AO 2years - DAoC 2years
    SWG 1month - Eve 1hour - Horizons 1week - AC2 3days
    Neocron 1hour - E&B 2weeks - Ryzom 1week

    EQ2 ?? - WoW ??

    Is this the official server list? where was this list found?

    I have been waiting on the server list to let my friends know what server we are starting on.

    I took them from the Server Forums on the Official EQ2 Forums.

    I take it you didnt play EQ? ::::35:: All the server names, except Antonia Bayle, are dungeons fron EQ. I think its a nice touch. ::::01::

    Why does SWG have more servers. I mean EQ has to have more players then that game.

    FYI

    This server list is incomplete and not an official list... There will probably be many more servers (especially since they are planning for over 100,000 players by this weekend!

    Why would they only put up "some" of their servers on their offical forums the day before release? I have a feeling that those are goin to be all the servers at launch time. If they start seeing lots of strain I would guess that they have plenty more just waiting to be switched on.

    I agree they are a business, so I imagine they are going with minimal servers , and add them as needed. Also we know its going to be a lag fest tomorrow image

    Runneye sadly for me but i have high hopes they will open another uk preferred server because the amount of UK,irish,swedes and like 10 more european countries that will flood that server will make it  overcrowded.

    I hope this will not end up like another AB server in which the server kept breaking down under the stress of numbers.

    When will SoE learn one server is not near enough for english preferred europeans .Geez you would think at least one SoE employee  has been to europe to know this.

    Now we have not even mentioned the Aussies and New zealand who will probably pick this server too.

    Screw continental Europe, just play on the US servers with us and leave those other nations to fight over the space on runnyeye.  image

    If they are going to have more on release day, why would they only create these 10 Server Message boards initially?  I'd have to guess they are going to start with 10 on launch day and then open more in an as needed basis.

    It's not in the list, but I will be playing on Moorgard, the Roleplaying Preferred Server.

    Star Wars Galaxies may have more servers, but I think Everquest II can allow more players in one server than SWG, not sure though . . .

    I like the server names after the dungeons of the original EQ, it is cool.  I don't recognize moorgard, though.  Is it from any of the newer expansions?

    Those are the servers people... they said they would have 25... and they probably will once game is over 10 hours into live play.. which btw.. atm thats how long servers have been up :P

    There is probably less servers then SWG because they had less preorders.  Didn't SWG have over 200K preorders?  The best way to scale servers is to base it on your preorder amount, then open up more as they saturate and post retail buyers begin to enter the game.

    Wrong newbs, those are the official servers, and does anyone now how there are already people playing? On another private forum there were people already claiming to be in game.

    i think there are LESS servers because they might want more people on the server, personally, its pretty cool, i hate going places that are just    dead.............lol
