WTf i just read there will be no player housing? what the crap? This game is nothing but a Dark and Light Jr. Even Dark and Light had Player housing. How the hell? What the hell? Oh yea we can own massive ships and sail around the map yet we cant own a house in a Supposed sandbox mmorpg?

I could have sworn one of the features they intended was for player/guild housing pretty much wherever you want. I'd be mad too.

because we were promised huge houses and castles filled with traps and what not, and raiding other peoples castles and so forth. To me this was a major feature in the game. I can see if this was a mainly PVE game and they promised housing and then decided against it, I would be like thats okay, its pve. But this is different okay nub.

You seem like one of those Dark and Light ass munchers when people would say hey this game was not what we payed for, or this is not what the game promised, or hey why is half the crap missing from the game, there would always be an assmunch some where ready to defend any flaw any one had brought up about the game.

See, guys, you have to look at it this way: it's a sandbox that attracts only serial killer character players. Who wants to be a merchant? Pfft. Diplomat? Eff that. Bounty hunter? I KILL ANYWAY. Protector of justice? What justice? This is anarchy!
It's alright. For those of us who know/knew Darkfall would not be any good to us, we can just bawl in the corner since we're not up to snuff to survive in the harsh, "rich" environment of tweens in diapers.

By that i take you havent even tried the game.
The fighting mechanisms are there. What game had a beta without any bugs? Tried AoC? WoW was crappy too in beta you know.
I'm not a fanboy of any game, i just search for the mmo i like to play. Now i found it, im happy atleast.
Just remember if you have a low post count and you say anything bad you are a "troll".
If you have a post count of 1 and joined today and make the most outlandish claims that not even Tacos would make then you are a fanboy and true supporter of Dark-n-Fail.

you should try out savage 2, if you actually want skill dependant combat, its even free by now.. its not mmo.. but its god damn definaly worth a go,

now if you wanted darkfall just for its combat.. savage got it way better.. and much more skill dependant.. system is pretty similar.. just this one is 2009 game, and not mmo.. while darkfall is 2001 game and mmo with 0 polish

Yes it's true. There's no player housing at launch. They may implement it later; I hope they do. There is still clan cities for raiding and living. I know it's not the same. I'll make due. i hope they implement it at some point but it's not a make-or-break feature for me. There's no denying that it sucks, though.
