Why are you buying Valur ram when you're buying a NSF ready for overlock. The Stock nsf is doing the job very well if you have god airflow in your box.

For your videocard, i'd go with this

I would upgrade the RAM a bit taking it to 1066Mhz and/or maybe getting a HDD with more capacity maybe 500GB. Its pretty solid, the graphic card would probably need an upgrade after 1, 2 years tops.

What does a bigger hard drive have to do with gaming?  With 320 GB, he could have a couple dozen games installed on his computer at once if so inclined.

  • BranXBranX Member UncommonPosts: 79

Hmm ok but should I get 8gb ram?

and for gfx card, is the  9800gtx+ 1gb good? if no, then what shud i get?

edit: i want a gfx card that will own any game for along time.

Keep in mind that 32bit systems can only support a maximum of 4GB of memory (that's RAM and video memory)

Realistically, anything more than a few gig of RAM wont really improve your gameplay that much.

I wouldnt bother even considering 8GB unless you do alot of heavy duty 3D or video editing type work etc

Yeah it'll be 64 bit vista ult, thanks ill stay with 4gb ram.
