Yeah, it was probably a copy that some poor fool preordered through EB Games, but now it seems the preorders are really being treated like back orders. No more EB Games for me.

Exactly. I think the appropriate response is to boycott EB Games. This smells of some sneaky sales management strategy of locking in the preorders as already paid, then giving them the backfill stock, while rushing the preorder stock to the stores to capture opportunity sales. Biggest slap is they thought we wouldn't know.

I preordered mine, and just picked it up at gamestop with no problems, installing it right now!!
