I refreshed the news page for the first time in 3 hours right when they posted it (1view). Lucky haha. Its downloading extremely fast I hit my (very low) cap of 500kb/s

This is good but does it mean you get to play before the 25th or is it just the download and that's it?
I dled it and its a virus it crashed my desktop now im on my laptop.

Are you saying it's a virus because it crashed your computer or because your anti-virus picked it up as such? If it wasn't detected by the anti-virus chances are your computer can't handle the game. If this is the case, you might want to post your specs and download the latest video and audio drivers.
You can download it now so that when you purchase the game (or your account or whatever) you can start playing immidiately. You wont have to download and install it when they release it because you will already have it.
I do however think that beta players can get in a bit early, im not too sure how early though. You'll have to ask someone else

I only go that low when im downloading from the peers. As soon as i get chunks from Adventurine It goes back up to 250-500. check your peers list and see if you're connected to them

I registered an account there, but the site went down before I could even view any pre-order screen. It's still down atm..assuming that link is still valid. they may change it when it comes back up. there will be a post here within minutes of it going back up, which looks like tomorrow sometime. 1700+ peers on the torrent download already lol. It will probably crash the site again when the pre-order link goes live again. Good luck to Aventurine.

you cant yet. They are trying to fix that right now. This is just the download so you dont have to do all that stuff after the game is released. (you can get into it immidieatly on launch)
