Darkfall: No preorders or account setups? what is the game like ?

Just wanted to know why preorder doesnt seem available, i heard itis sold out then LMAO another perfect setup.
Also what is the game like so far just before release?, i have heard mixed rumours, some say the world looks like a barren wasteland and has no beauty..if so count me out, some say the combat is really good and will make PVP revitalized...who cares, some also say that this game has enough content to keep you paying for a decade...i somehow doubt this, and most of all some say the game is a POS.
Anyways please answer the initial question first as it wouldnt be the first tiem i dropped $50 on a crap MMo, and if you have played the beta please let me know how the experience was i will take all replies for what they are, thanks.
BTW when the fuck is Huxly and ATB coming out or are they scrapped?

I dont know mmuch about darkfall other than what others have said, i am also skeptical but i am keeping an open mind about it.
and Huxley has released in Asia, not sure when its comming to NA/EU
Is Darkfall going to be legalized RMT based or Subscription fee based?
Also will it be a downloaded only game or have a retail box?
Download only has been said, whether this changes in the future time will tell. The link to pre-order I think was posted in their forums as well as the updates. Have to search through their forums to find the info.
It failed totally pre order was a joke many and i say many fans dont have pre order and cant start on launch you cant register you cant cancel there is almost no info they lie and they put up link for pre order while they knew it would leak still they did it thats why many beta and longterm followers dont have game.
Tasos then on forum stated he should help all beta to get there pre order he did not , to register an account to get pre order was all the time down and then suddenly he say sold out.
Game is half finished they never tested any importend featers no stress tests max beta testers on forum at anytime was 3k.
They launch with 1 servers or 2 and have max 15k subs now.
they continuing like they did all these months with beta slowly let a few in who can buy game.
So posibillity is that if you did not get pre-order becouse of stupid leak you maybe must wait for months before you can play lol.
This was most terible beta and pre-order with many lies ive ever seen, sinds '99.
Huge dissapointment bah:(
Games played:AC1-Darktide'99-2000-AC2-Darktide/dawnsong2003-2005,Lineage2-2005-2006 and now Darkfall-2009.....
In between WoW few months AoC few months and some f2p also all very short few weeks.
