so i started playin mahirim in one those lands round redmoon. built up enough gold to buy a polearm. L E G I T
i died and lost it to 2 pkers, i was resting and went to go on a bathroom break 20 seconds.. come back and im dead. spam the hate tells.
2 hours later im decked out with a polearm and full suit of armor just studded not chain. i go back out to fight them again and they kick my ass. the guy im tryin to hit holds up his block button and i only get him to bout 40% then i died and lost it all again.
2 days later.. not on my own choice. but anyways im back.. mounted up enough gold to buy chain suit and even got 3 suits after playin long enough.. and was huntin goblin shamans by now. with this other mahirim named Xo Faint.
met him after i got jumped by 2 griefers, and he jumped in and helped me kick their ass.. and i mean helped. but then the servers went down.. it was fun.

No offense but this sounds kinda like a horror story to me, course as ive said lots of time pvp just aint my thing. but hey its good to see a post with some behind the keys experience, that hasnt (yet) been run over with trolls ( you guys are so much fun!) or fanboi's ( you guys are fun too but more in the Sig hiel type of way >.<) Anyways feel free to flame me but please include the folowing
1. my horrible grammar usage and spelling.
2. the fact that my screeny means Ice Skater and im a guy.
3 My comp sucks so bad most of you would laugh yourselves int fits upon seeing it.
My story :
Ive made all races my most favorable race is mahirim then alfar.
But i also made a dwarf.
Becouse i already had enough experience i knew how to fight so made character grumpy olman was my name and started in hammerdelve nearby a camp with goblins also with a shaman goblin he kick ass when you start lol.
But i saw 3 humans full armor where atacking 2 naked dwarfs so i run to them attacking one of humans he then start attacking me but i zig zag and go around him try hit him in back lol he had a slow weapon and i had a leave bladed manage to hit him few times in back and eventually won the fight looted him had full set with 2 weapons from sub continents with a 0.43dmg and 0.6 dmg, well 5 min old character not bad at all:)
Btw im a player who dont give a damn about alignment he was grey but if he still was blue i would have also attacked him, become red in darkfall is np at all all tho some let you be lieve its a big problem.
So for me the rogue system dont bother me.
Its eather you end up in clancity or just go to chaostown espenhal middle of agon it have bank and all npc's to trade train skills or get your alignment back to blue no towers and nobody there give a damn about alignment.
Ive made all six races and 2 of them i played alot mahirim and a alfar i killed with my mahirim so many alfar that i had 100 blue alignement and some nice gear but becouse i fight so much in beta with my mahirim my score was more dead then i had killed hehe.
Still was dissapointed with many things in darkfall even tho i had alot pvp fun.
Games played:AC1-Darktide'99-2000-AC2-Darktide/dawnsong2003-2005,Lineage2-2005-2006 and now Darkfall-2009.....
In between WoW few months AoC few months and some f2p also all very short few weeks.
Posts like this make me want to buy the game. But most likely I'll wait to see if Darkfall survives long enough to see NA release and then I'll give it a shot.

Played: Darkfall, EVE, AoC, Ryzom, Ragnarok Online, GW2, PS2, Secret World, WOW, City Of Heroes/Villains, Champion Online.
this game is gonna be legit.
if they can get it started.
the pvp on this game is even better than daoc's pvp before it was ruined by the no longer 3000 massin the servers... 10,000.. people.
it'll be a heaven on earth, or a hell that i can never forget.
oh well.. praise God.
My biggest problem is it will be totally macro heaven and dont care if many see this as normal these days i hate it, its plain and simple cheating.

they were banning people that were macroing. but i guess they prob won't catch em all.
hacks are for sure. but if they are like Mythic. they will have csrs and devs playin right there with us. and the only difference is they got the BAN Button.
and they did have devs runnin around in darkfall. for sure. spawned a boat when i was playin.
