    I just got the mail about 20 minutes ago, if it's any consolation.



    It's pretty clear to me that they have a human looking over things. Otherwise things would have gone much faster. I wouldn't worry yet. If the servers go up, you haven't gotten the e-mail, and you can't log in, then worry.

    Maybe they're doing in batches of card type, i.e Mastercard then Visa etc..

    It seems like they working off the billing in batches as we speak. I got my confirmation on the charge for the client some hours ago today, but it's obvious many still don't have it.

    I have no idea why, but it seems like any form of electronic workflow in their accounting and billing isn't working and they have to do it maunually or, at most, semi automatic. - Those fellows must be in hell right now.

    Everbody getting those is in best interest of all involved, as I bet they won't activate the accounts and/or open up the servers until then (at least they shouldn't by any means if there is some common business sense left in them).

    "We’ve been waiting for the pre-orders to process through billing and it has been moving along but not fast enough. We’re almost done with this. Many of you will be getting notifications of this during this process. As soon as this is concluded we’ll process the accounts and open up the servers for the pre-orders."

    So, all billing 1st, then the playing.

    all this crap is having to be sorted out manually. Like the people who had 15 tabs open trying to submit their cc info on all of them. Now they have to dig trough all this to get each account verified and authorized.

    I got mine about 3 pm today. I don't expect they will have it sorted out until tomorrow.

    Yeah, I read that, but it's not like Tasos & friends wouldn't have some tendency to change plans on the fly at times.

    I agree that it wont be sorted out till tomorrow.  I haven't recieved my 42.00 or whatever email yet.  If im not mistaken, also, it's OMG o'clock in the morning over there.

    I lost my Pre-order Charge, and I pre-ordered on the 19th, still getting Account Invalid/yet to recieve Email

    I know they say they're looking in to the 0 balance pre-orders but mine was confirmed with the correct amounts and the money has been charged/taken but I'm still "Account not Active"
