AHHH... This guy is PISSED. I just got done waiting in line for 45 minutes worth of redneck, ICP fan, midwestern idiots buying Halo 2 for the stupid ass clerk behind the counter to tell me "oh, it turns out we didnt get any copies of EQ2 in today after all... were you the guy who called?" AHHHHHH I can't live in Indiana anymore!! I tried ever so politely to see if they had the game behind the desk, but the Halo 2 nuts thought I was going to pirate a copy of their holy grail before them (god forbid). So... either God hates me, or I just have hellacious luck. Either way I'm super pissed and it looks like I won't be able to play the game until at the earliest late Wednesday night. Hooray! Thanks Wal-Mart, thanks Halo 2, thanks God, and thanks Indiana.

    I live in northern Florida, about 3 hours from the border of Georgia. We have our share of bubba-truck-driving-frat-douche-bags here as well. Halo 2 seems to be such a popular game, and honestly, I don't know why. I played it for a while at a friend's dorm and found no interest what so ever.

    But hey, think possitive. Tomorrow it comes out, and tomorrow we'll all be happy (unless it sells out near me, in that case, I would rip the EB employees genitals off and throw the bloody and battered testicals at the nearest white hat Dave Mathews band moron.). image

    why walmart? i live in indiana and got mine at EB Games in the greenwood mall. they called me early today and after 3 hours of 'release' my character is now almost 9. walmart sucks for stuff like that. trust the professionals. image

    I feel his pain. In the lesser regions of the nation, no one takes it seriously.

    EB Games - didn't have it; no idea when.
    Gamestop - didn't have it; no idea when.
    CompUSA - No one around to even ask.
    Best Buy x2 - Lots of people around, avoided me at all costs; didn't get to ask.
    WalMart x2 - both checked in back, no 'Everlast 2 for PS'; forget it.

    Bleh, I'm done scouring around.

    unfortunately, i will not be able to play EQ2 upon release.../sighs (need to buy my new comp first...waits for tax return day...) but, my brother already has halo 2 on preorder and is bringing it over to my house to play all day tomorrow, i hope it lives up to the hype. im going to own him (hehehe) /emote looks out for stupid brother that likes to use the sniper rifle... he used to own me in halo 1 with that stupid thing.

    There are certain sorry excuses for towns where wal-mart is the only thing not mom-and-pop for 55 miles.

    And the only reason I ended up there in the first place was because the EBgames that I preordered from (Castleton mall aeryith, not greenwood) has an "unknown ETA".
