All the white hair in character creation

HyperBalladHyperBallad Member Posts: 65

I'm able to play my EQ2 yet, but the character creation demo CD that I got was a little interesting.

No matter job race I picked, all the hair has to be white. It seems it can only be small varaitions of white. Is it supposed to be like this? No brown, black, red, or blond?

Did you try clicking on the hair menu then the hair base color or hair highlight color? There's a different spectrum for each race. Or you can choose to randomize everything.

I clicked everythiing. Yes, there is a hair base and hair highlight. But while under the Hair Base menu, I can only slightly vary the shade of white, but still white. And the hair highlight menu doesnt do ANYTHING.

What race are you choosing? I know the high elf has white hair but there is also brown and blond. The half elf has black, brown and red (which makes is look like punk hair, kinda cool). The dark elf has white with greenish and purple hues, but they also have dark grey. I haven't looked at all the races, but all the humanoid (i.e. races with hair like person) have at least a blond or brown shade.

Oh nevermind. I just realized gnomes can't have colored hair, but everyone else can..

This whole time I was trying to stop gnomes from having white hair. Also... When I change the color of the gnome hair. it keeps the hair white, but changes the color of his glasses lol.

Oh, I see. I haven't tried to make a gnome character.
