All that waiting. All this time, after fighting for my pre-order, and even with a confirmation e-mail saying my pre-order was successful, they somehow managed to make it so I can't play :(

    A lot of people are in the same situation. Some people got a notice that the pre-order was successful and they were never charged, hense they can't play.

    I really think it is screwed up and if they woulda offered them earlier I think it woulda been a lot better.  But progress is apparently being made.  From what they said preorders will open up again with the game servers so hopefully it will.....

    I don't want to go through that stupid preordering process again. For the first time, even when everyone flamed on about the delay, the lack of information, all the crap that people complained about, I didn't let it bother me. I was optimistic and stuck with it. And god dammit, for the first time I'm super-pissed, and if you're in the same boat, I feel your pain, and anger. I was willing to put up with the fact they're an indie company, but screwing me now just isn't going to fly.

    What am I going to do you ask? What am I am going to about this crap?!

     

    A whole lot of nothing, that's what. I'm going to put up with whatever BS I have to in order to play. God dammit.

    I'm in the same boat... Order on friday with a confimation email and a $3~ charge on my CC yesterday, but still no new email of a $40 game charge. I wanna log in damnit!

    Preordered, and got the confirmation email. It said in the account page that I had already preordered, and offered me the option to cancel it.  Today they sucked the rest of the money out of the account, but I can't log in. I haven't gotten an email either. Amateur hour is over aventurine. I've given you money, and I expect something in return.

    new update... heres a snippet to our problems

     

    "We’ll process the problematic pre-orders that were not charged, and have 0 balance later today. If you pre-ordered successfully but weren’t charged, or haven’t received your final notice for the remaining successful charge, you’ll need to be patient a few hours longer. We’ll also look at opening up more sales by tomorrow. We are a little behind schedule but we're catching up."

    Maybe all those 'Trolls' calling them liars have a lil something.  I swear I remember them stating that the servers wouldn't be up till the pre orders were processed...

    They should have activated all preorders, and then contacted accounts with issues later. It's 100% the fault of their crap account/billing system. They should have stepped up, and shouldered the burden. Instead they shoved it back on the customers. I'm getting sick just imagining the hoops I will have to jump through to get my account fixed. The sad part is that I know for a fact that they have my money.

    Yall arent missing much.  The servers were only up for like 30 minutes, most people didnt even have time to make a character since we had to spend 15+ mins patching the game.

    I wouldnt expect the stability to get better anytime soon either.  You will most likely be in by the time the servers are stable.

    I hope so. Don't want to fall too far behind considering how competitive this game is going to be.

     I recieved confirmation and was charged properly. But meh, stuff happens. This launch actually looks better than most. Hell EQ2 was down for a week after launch. Now go play servers are up.

    You'll have to wait for them to sort that issue out. Think they made a post saying they were still working on the PO issues.

    Same here.. recieved email confirmation with correct amount on there and was charged on CC ok, but still says account not activated.

    Yep. Got through pre-order last week. Account still not active.

    I guess they've bought themselves 3 days to get all the pre-order people in game. Hopefully we'll be playing by the weekend.

    Btw I have the same issue, paid in full but my account is not active.

     

    You know, if they can't keep the servers up for the couple of people in there, I doubt very much if they will be giving our problem a high priority....

    At least they confirmed the messup in accounting and are stating to work on it. That's not really much of a relief for you fellows, but rest assured you're currently not missing out on a whole lot.

    The server is going bungee anyway. So far I didn't manage to get on for more than 2-5 minutes at a time, - nothing where you'd get anything done.

    Yeah im in the same boat as well i got the preorder confirmation via email and everything but was never charged on my bank account but the account i made for my friend was charged correctly and he had his account activated last night bastard =/

    The worst part of this is that there's no way to contact any kind of support. All I can do is keep checking their forum to see if they have said anything about it. It has been several hours now since they have even bothered giving us an update.
