I got a Cultural Box, what now?

in Atlantica Online

I got 3 cultural box and got these cultural relics from it. It says that I have to find a NPC called "Howard", but when I search for him in the game guide, it says that he's always traveling, so I don't have any idea where he might be. Also, these cultural relics have 1 day time limit to seek this Howard NPC so that I can exchange it with something, maybe its gold. Help anyone pls. I got 18hrs left. hehe.

    There is a NPC named Livingstone just outside Bucharest to the west.  For 1000 gold he will tell you where any of the crafting/named NPCs that travel are currently located.  It is a good idea to turn those relics in, some are worth 500k

          Yeah Howard wanders around the world.....You can either go to Livingston or often if you ask in chat players will let you know where he is at.........

    never tried getting a cultural boxes? are these only from high level dungeons?

    yeah your right livingstone is very helpful in locating wandering NPCs

    hey  is the cultural asset same with the cultural box that you're saying?cuz i have it right now in my inventory, same as you im also looking for howard carter but i cant find him. i need to take this item to appraised before it expires.

    I've gotten cultural treasure boxes two ways. The first was from the treasure chest found from an ornate treasure map (you occasionally hear a rumor about someone selling them in game, and also get them for a quest reward). The second was part of the daily give away they were running about a month ago.

    Anyway, to find Howard, just go to Bucharest, he's outside there, to the right, past the priest, and ask him. Costs 1000 to tell you where any NPC is.

    i see there are two ways to get a cultural box... treasure map and quest... how the quest, whats the name of that quest?

    you should let howard see the item on the day o recieve it cause i believe the item expires.. you can get a lot of money from those items.. but mostly is crap items lol...

    Thank you for the information. I only manage to salve 2 or 3 cultural items, since 3 of them did expired. I probabaly earned about 600k or something.
