Question about fees for EQ2

I was wondering if someone would be so kind to answer the following questions about EQ2:

1. What is the monthly fee?

2. Is there a free month included?

3. What are the price/length of time for gamecards?

    1.) $14.99 (less if you get billed in chunks)

     

    2.) yes

     

    3.) 90 days i believe

    Going off memory here, so forgive any errors, but pretty sure this is all corect

     

    1: 14.95

    2: Yep

    3: 14.95 for 30 days, 45$ for 90 (the 90 day card is like 15 cents mroe or somthing lame heh)
